At Ashworth View Nursery, we believe in being transparent and supportive when it comes to childcare fees. On this page, you’ll find full details of our pricing structure, what’s included in your child’s place, and the various support options available to help with funding and contributions.

Our Fees
Our fees include everything your child needs during their time with us — from nutritious meals and healthy snacks to nappies, wipes, sun cream, and all the resources used for play and learning.
Half day - £44.00
Full day - £67.50
Full week - £282.00
- Minimum attendance is two sessions per week.
- Extra days can be booked depending on availability and are payable on the day.
- Fees are payable weekly, fortnightly, or monthly in advance.
- All payments should be made by the 1st of each month.
- We accept Direct Debit, Standing Order, Government Childcare Schemes, and Childcare Vouchers.
Please note: Full fees apply during absences, including holidays or illness.
All Inclusive Pricing
Our all-inclusive pricing is designed to give parents peace of mind, knowing that everything their child needs throughout the day is already covered, with no hidden extras.
Your fees cover:
- Healthy, balanced meals and snacks prepared daily
- Nappies, wipes, and sun cream
- All craft and learning resources (e.g. paint, paper, toys)
- Access to all activities, including outdoor learning and enrichment experiences
- Supportive, high-quality care from qualified staff
This approach means you don’t need to worry about packing daily supplies. Your child is fully looked after from drop-off to pick-up.
Funded Childcare & Contribution Fees
We offer government-funded places for eligible families. Our funded sessions come with an optional all-inclusive contribution fee to cover meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, sun cream, and activity resources. Alternatively, families can choose to supply these items themselves.
All-Inclusive Contribution Fees for Funded Days:
Under 2 years - £16 per full day
Over 2 years - £13.50 per Full day
£7.25 Morning session
£6.25 Afternoon session
Government Funding
We accept and support the following government-funded childcare options:
- 15 or 30 hours funding for eligible working parents with children aged 9 months and over
- Universal 15-hour funding for all 3- and 4-year-olds, starting the term after their third birthday

Extra sessions
We offer flexible care for families who need an earlier drop-off or later pick-up. These sessions are available at an additional cost.

How to pay
We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct Debit (preferred)
- Standing Order
- Childcare Vouchers
- Tax-Free Childcare (more info: childcarechoices.gov.uk)
Please use your child’s name as the payment reference.
Securing a nursery place with us
- A non-refundable deposit of one week’s fees is required
- This deposit will be deducted from your first month’s invoice
- If your child does not start nursery or the place is postponed, the deposit is non-refundable
