A Beautiful, Inspiring Setting
Nestled in the picturesque area of Norden, Rochdale, Ashworth View Nursery is surrounded by green fields dotted with sheep. Our playrooms feature large windows, allowing children to enjoy stunning views and natural light throughout the day. In addition to our spacious indoor areas, we offer fantastic outdoor spaces where children from all age groups can explore, play, and develop new skills.
Purpose-Built Spaces for Every Stage
We are a large nursery with the capacity to care for up to 90 children each day. Despite our busy environment, we maintain a personal and nurturing atmosphere thanks to our well-designed layout. Our nursery includes:
- Two baby rooms
- Two toddler rooms
- A large preschool room
This dedicated room structure ensures that children are grouped with their peers, supporting smooth transitions as they grow and enabling tailored learning experiences at every stage.
A Team You Can Trust
At Ashworth View Nursery, we understand how crucial the early years are in a child’s development. That’s why we’ve built a team of experienced, highly qualified professionals who share a genuine passion for working with children. Every member of staff:
- Is fully trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and food hygiene
- Has undergone rigorous background checks, including health assessments, DBS checks, and reference verification
Each child is assigned a Key Person, a dedicated caregiver who builds a secure and trusting bond with them. This relationship provides stability and reassurance as children move through different rooms in the nursery.
A Nurturing Learning Environment
We are committed to creating a warm, loving, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Our team focuses on learning through play and discovery, helping children become confident, curious, and ready for their next steps. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships not just with the children, but also with their families, ensuring open communication and collaboration at all times.
Strong Community Links
We believe that learning extends beyond the nursery walls. That’s why we organise regular trips involving parents and carers to enrich our children’s experiences. We also host stay-and-play sessions throughout the year, inviting families into the nursery to observe activities, engage with their child’s learning, and speak directly with our staff.
We maintain strong links with local schools to ensure a smooth, confident transition when children are ready to take the next step to “big school.”
